Time to Chill...
I have recently started having a Gong bath once a month and have found it a wonderful way to relax. If you would like an idea of what it is like, give this a listen. Headphones are recommended as well as lying down somewhere comfortable, maybe with a blanket covering you and an eye mask. I find it an ethereal, connecting experience between me and the universe!
